We had an absolutely fantastic vacation at the hotel! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and we loved how well the staff managed our stay. The only downside was the dining options, which could have been more environmentally friendly. Overall, it was the perfect balance between relaxation and fun with the family.

While the hotel offers stunning views and well-maintained pool areas, my stay was marred by some frustrations. The reception experience was particularly disappointing, and despite the effort to accommodate, it felt lacking, especially given the resort's price point. I appreciate the attempt at luxury, but there are areas needing improvement.
